Turnover Cleaning

Each turnover service includes:

  • Full cleaning and staging of all rooms

  • Linen change and bed setup following hotel-grade standards

  • Dusting, mopping, and disinfection of all surfaces

  • Bathroom sanitation and restocking of basic amenities

  • Photo documentation for owners (upon request)

Property Maintenance & Readiness

Deep Cleaning

Recommended every 1–3 months or after extended stays.
This top-to-bottom service restores your property to pristine condition:

  • Detailed cleaning of moldings, vents, and ceiling fans

  • Interior windows, doors, and cabinets hand-wiped

  • Appliance interiors (oven, microwave, fridge add-on)

  • Upholstery and couch vacuuming (Add-on)

  • Baseboards, corners, and hard-to-reach areas

  • Patio and glass door detailing
